  • Diastasis Recti

    Video lesson walking you through how to check yourself for ab separation/diastasis recti. What to look out for if you have it. Exercises and activities to practice for restoring full function to your core.

  • Pelvic floor

    Learn how to connect with your pelvic floor. Go beyond kegals and learn to effectively engage and relax the pelvic floor to help with incontinence, achy hips and back and move safely with pelvic organ prolapse

  • Mental health

    Healthy movement and community are pillars of support for mental health. Combat anxiety and depression with a healthy body image and joining a community of Moms on a similar journey. *Also Included in the course is an audio guided mediation to support the mind, body, spirit connection, build awareness and allow relaxation.

Christmas is the creator of Move with Intention, Mama. As a comprehensively trained Pilates Instructor and Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist she has been teaching movement to pregnant and postpartum women since 2007. As a mother of three boys she has lived the Mom life since 2009. Combining the experience and knowledge collected over this time she is excited to build the Move with Intention Mama community.
